The Urban Turf is alive, so getting it to you fresh matters.
That’s why we offer local delivery designed to get your turf from our farm to your pet quickly, fresh and ready to use.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Orders placed by 12:00 PM will be delivered within two business days.
For example, place your order Monday at 11:30 AM and your Urban Turf will arrive by end of day Wednesday.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
Ordering later in the week? Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will arrive by Monday.
Standard delivery is $10 for orders under $50.
Orders of $50 or more receive FREE standard delivery.
And if you subscribe? Standard delivery is always FREE on your scheduled subscription orders.

WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME?
No problem.
Your Urban Turf may be left in a safe location at the delivery address provided.
Because you’re receiving real, living grass, we recommend bringing your turf inside as soon as reasonably possible after delivery — particularly during very hot, cold or severe weather.
WEATHER HAPPENS.
We’re farmers in New England. We know.
Extreme heat, freezing temperatures, snowstorms and other severe weather conditions can occasionally make delivery unsafe for your turf — or for our drivers.
If conditions outside of our reasonable control require us to adjust your delivery, we’ll communicate with you and get your turf to you as soon as conditions safely allow.

Before completing your order, please make sure your delivery address, apartment or unit number, and any necessary building or access instructions are correct.
We’re unable to guarantee delivery within our standard timeframe when incorrect or incomplete information prevents us from completing your delivery.
SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR TURF?
Living products occasionally have a rough trip.
If your Urban Turf arrives damaged or in a condition that doesn’t meet our standards, take a photo and contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We’ll review it and work with you to make it right.
A NOTE ABOUT LIVING PRODUCTS
No two Urban Turfs will look exactly alike.
Grass height, density, color and other small variations are completely normal. Your turf may look slightly different from the product photographed on our website.
